Weaver No Hits The Twins

Jered Weaver pitched the second no-hitter in the majors in less than two weeks. It is starting to get to the point where no hitters don't even feel all that special anymore. Not to take away anything from Weaver, but maybe it just shouldn't count when it is against the A's, Twins, or Mariners.

Still, this is a pretty cool story. Weaver went to high school, college, and now plays for the Angels all in the LA area. He took a hometown discount to stay, and now got to treat fans (and himself) to a no-hitter. Always like to see loyal guys who are willing to play for cheaper succeed, because it is very rare these days.

Yea, I am looking at you Mr. No HR Pujuls (Poo-Juls), Karma seems to have bitch slapped you.
